Perfect Photo AI provides AI-powered image generation tools. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Account & Credits
- You must provide accurate account information.
- Credits are non-transferable. Purchases are non-refundable once any of their credits have been used, including when you are not satisfied with a result. Failed generations are refunded as credits. See our Refund Policy.
- By purchasing credits you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy, and you ask us to provide the service immediately when you start a generation.
- Unused credits do not expire.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice.
3. Content Ownership
- You own all images you generate using our service.
- You may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
4. Content Storage
- Generated images are stored in our private network.
- You can delete your images permanently at any time. We keep a record of each purchase and generation (date, tool, model, credits used, status) for billing and dispute purposes.
- You control the privacy settings of your content.
5. Prohibited Use
- No illegal, harmful, or abusive content generation.
- No impersonation or unauthorized use of likenesses.
- No content that violates intellectual property rights.
- No attempts to bypass usage limits or abuse the service.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
9. Credit Usage & Model Pricing
- The number of credits consumed per generation may vary by AI model, resolution, and generation type.
- We reserve the right to change the credit cost of any model at any time, including increasing or decreasing the credits required per generation.
- Changes to model credit costs do not affect credits already purchased, your existing balance remains valid and usable.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant credit cost changes via email or in-app notice before they take effect.
- Continued use of the service after a credit cost change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
